Beluga Christmas Menu
 
To begin:
Scotch broth served with home made crusty bread
Haggis, Neeps & Tatties layer and drizzled with a whisky sauce
Goats Cheese Tart oven baked with a topping of sun blushed tomatoes and caramelised onions
 
To follow:
Traditional Roast Turkey served with our chipolata sausages wrapped in bacon, stuffing balls, cranberry sauce and a delicious turkey gravy
 
Roast rump of beef with homemade Yorkshire pudding and a rich beef gravy
Salmon fillet topped with cream cheese and herbs and wrapped in puff pastry served with new potatoes and seasonal vegetables
 
Filo Wrapped Vegetable Parcels: seasonal winter vegetables cooked in a light cheddar sauces, wrapped in filo and baked to perfection
All Mains accompanied by Roast potatoes, carrots, brussel sprouts, and parsnips
 
To Finish:
Winter Berry Meringues, with whipped cream and strawberry compote
Sticky Toffee Pudding with cream or ice cream
Christmas Pudding with brandy cream

Belugas’ Christmas menu will be available every day from the 1St to the 24th of December. All large reservations will be treated as provisional and will be held for a time mutually agreed between Beluga and the customer pending payment of a non refundable deposit of £10 per person. All bills must be settled at the end of the meal unless prior arrangements have been made. All seating requests will try and be met but cannot be guaranteed. Larger groups may have to be split over several tables depending on individual party sizes on the day.
